Who are you?
I am a Black Chicagoan who loves my people. I am a writer and lover of food. I am a daughter, a friend, a sister and a comrade. I believe radical Black feminism is the way forward to collective liberation.

Have you always been you?
I grew into myself through reading, community organizing and spending time with people who sharpened my leadership.

What do you wish people understood about you?
I wish people understood that I'm a full human being with a range of emotions. My work isn't the total sum of who I am.
