Custom Bags: Once our experts review your order to ensure quality and accuracy, your custom Laudi Vidni will be carefully hand-crafted with exceptional attention to detail. Custom bags ship within 3 weeks of your order date. All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground, with delivery typically expected within 4 weeks, depending on your location.

When your Laudi Vidni ships, you will be notified of your tracking information via the email address included in your order.

We offer free shipping within the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $20.

For orders outside the US, you'll see your shipping costs at checkout. Recipient will be responsible for custom clearance, local taxes and duties.

If production on your bag hasn’t started or it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes. Please contact us with your order information as soon as possible.

If you don't love your Laudi Vidni for any reason, we'll take it back. We accept returns within 7 days of receipt on styles that are unused and in their original condition. We do not accept returns on styles that have been monogrammed or engraved. We do not issue refunds on gift cards.

Contact us to let us know the issue and receive a return-shipping label. If we can fix the problem, we'll do so and then ship it back to you at our expense. If we can't fix it, we'll exchange it or refund your purchase.
