What can I customize?
First you’ll choose your bag style then select leather, lining and hardware. Need a longer strap? We can do that too!
Can you create a custom website for us?
Absolutely! We will create a custom microsite just for your event. We can even brand this site with your logo and a Welcome Message, all secured with a password. And, we never show your guests any pricing.
Can we pick different pieces that we like and create our own collection?
Yes! Tell us which products you'd like to offer and we will create a custom collection just for your event.
Can you drop ship directly to our guests?
Yes, we drop ship directly to your guests home or office.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship everywhere. We use FedEx for global shipments and invoice separately for shipping and duties.
Are your items sustainable?
Yes! Custom-made means no unsold product that ends up in landfill. We use durable cowhide leather, a by-product of the food industry sourced from responsible tanneries. Our hardware is low-lead and our linings are OEKO-TEX certified organic cotton.
We ship in a single box that can be recycled.
Do you have a stylist that can place our orders onsite?
We have trained stylists all across the country ready to assist. Our team takes care of everything from Set-up, onsite design consultation and we will pack everything up and ship it back to HQ.
What does your team require for an event setup?
Just a 6’ table and wifi and we will take care of the rest!
How much does it cost?
Packages start at $75 per person. We’ll work with your budget to create the right mix of styles, personalization, and packaging.
What's the minimum order?
We don't have a set minimum order. We have some pre-curated packages starting at $75 per person. Need Bulk Pricing? We can do that too!
How long does it take?
For custom gifts, allow 4-6 weeks (because every bag is handcrafted, not cranked off a line).
Can we add our logo or branding?
Absolutely. We offer debossing and foil stamping for logos, initials, or event branding. Subtle, chic, and never cheesy.
Do you only do bags?
Bags are our thing, but we’ve got small leather goods and accessories too: think tech sleeves, travel kits, and more. Perfect mix of hero gifts and “bonus” items.
What if we're not in Chicago?
No problem. We offer onsite gifting experiences, virtual events ship anywhere.
Can we get samples first?
