If you don't love your bag for any reason, we'll take it back. We accept returns within 7 days of receipt on bags that are unused and in their original condition.
Contact us to let us know the issue and receive a return-shipping label. If the problem is fixable, we'll do so and ship it right back to you at our expense. Otherwise we'll exchange it for you or refund your purchase.

I love my new tote! It’s perfect! It was so fun and a unique experience to design my own bag. The craftsmanship and leather is amazing! The packaging/presentation was clean and simple. The bag fits so well on my shoulder which I LOVE! Can’t wait to design my next bag (thinking of the crossover).

I love this bag! It is the perfect size for an everyday bag, but big enough to be a basic work bag. The craftmanship is wonderful and the quality of the leather and appointments is great. I know I'll love this bag for years to come.
