RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

You can customize with confidence. With our You’ll Love It Guarantee, if you don’t love your Laudi Vidni for any reason, we’ll take it back. We accept returns within 7 days of receipt on styles that are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. We do not accept returns on styles that have been monogrammed or engraved, and we do not issue refunds on gift cards.

To start a return, contact us at orders@laudividni.com. or 773-703-8898. We’ll send you a prepaid return-shipping label and instructions. If we can fix the problem, we’ll do so and ship the item back at our expense. If we can’t fix it, we’ll exchange it or refund your purchase. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Monogrammed or engraved items

• Gift cards

• Sale items

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please start a return first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement style.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds 
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or credit-card provider.
