Free Returns

If you don't love your bag for any reason, we'll take it back. We accept returns within 7 days of receipt on bags that are unused and in their original condition.
Contact us to let us know the issue and receive a return-shipping label. If the problem is fixable, we'll do so and ship it right back to you at our expense. Otherwise we'll exchange it for you or refund your purchase.

    The size AND suede is everything!!!

    I absolutely love my customized Opus tote. The large size is spacious enough for all the things (laptop, calendar, cosmetic bag, phone, wallet and water bottle). It was perfect for traveling (fit great under the seat in front of me). The suede is so smooth and luxurious. You seriously need this bag!
