If you don't love your bag for any reason, we'll take it back. We accept returns within 7 days of receipt on bags that are unused and in their original condition.
Contact us to let us know the issue and receive a return-shipping label. If the problem is fixable, we'll do so and ship it right back to you at our expense. Otherwise we'll exchange it for you or refund your purchase.

A little smaller than I anticipated based upon pics: it would be nice to provide measurements on your website. The second bag quality issues make me leery about the product.

The sides arrived puckered, and I straightened them as best I could. The zippers are not straight. The sides were concave, and I was told to fill them with paper as it was due to shipping. It didn't correct it 100%. Bag was not the same size as the same bag I ordered in a different configuration. From my perspective, the bag should never have been sent to me. Out of respect for your company (and although I am very leery) I ordered a replacement bag with a different configuration as I don't feel the croco should be used on the sides. I also think you should provide measurements on your website. The bag was smaller than I anticipated.

I absolutely LOVE this bag! Its so well constructed and having 2 side pockets with zippers (one with built in credit card slots) and center open section makes it extremely functional. I love the cross body strap as well.
Laura and the team at Laudi Vidni were great to work with in helping me select leathers and colors to design something that was exactly what I was looking for to fit my personal style and needs.
I love being able to carry something that is completely ME and has a story to go along with it.
