Free Returns

If you don't love your bag for any reason, we'll take it back. We accept returns within 7 days of receipt on bags that are unused and in their original condition.
Contact us to let us know the issue and receive a return-shipping label. If the problem is fixable, we'll do so and ship it right back to you at our expense. Otherwise we'll exchange it for you or refund your purchase.

    Fabulous Bag!

    My Mosso Commuter bag is fabulous! It is well-made. I love the padded compartment for my laptop and the pockets inside and outside. The materials that I picked look really sharp together. I get so many compliments!
