    If you don't love your bag for any reason, we'll take it back. We accept returns within 7 days of receipt on bags that are unused and in their original condition.
    Contact us to let us know the issue and receive a return-shipping label. If the problem is fixable, we'll do so and ship it right back to you at our expense. Otherwise we'll exchange it for you or refund your purchase.

      Long time LV fan and customer. All items, including the wristlet supporting the Ukraine just purchased, are wonderful. Unique, well made and you can’t beat the excellent customer service aspect of creating your own bag, and getting it exactly on time as promised. The staff is incredibly helpful.
