Your Laudi Vidni bag will be crafted with the highest-attention-to-detail by our Chicago-based manufacturer and will ship to you in 3 weeks. Shipping is free in the continental US and $20 to Alaska and Hawaii. For shipping outside the US, please contact us. Rates vary by country.
If you don't love your bag for any reason, we'll take it back. We accept returns within 7 days of receipt on bags that are unused and in their original condition.
Contact us to let us know the issue and receive a return-shipping label. If the problem is fixable, we'll do so and ship it right back to you at our expense. Otherwise we'll exchange it for you or refund your purchase.

I had Laudi Vidni design the small size tote for me 2 years ago. It spoiled me! The comfort of the 9” handles, the outside zippered pocket, and the quality of the bag and how it’s held up is beyond my expectations. I’ve worn no other everyday bag since and had to order another for a summer look.
I’m very happy with my new bag and am already planning another. Martha, who helped me in the selection process was not pushy, just helpful. I doubt I’ll ever buy another bag in a department store or boutique.
I get many compliments on my Tote. It serves many purposes. It's roomy. It's wearing well. I love the combination of colors and texture that I chose. Thanks to the computer program, I was able to see exactly what it was going to look like. So, no surprises. Will be back in the store soon for another style.
