If you don't love your bag for any reason, we'll take it back. We accept returns within 7 days of receipt on bags that are unused and in their original condition.
Contact us to let us know the issue and receive a return-shipping label. If the problem is fixable, we'll do so and ship it right back to you at our expense. Otherwise we'll exchange it for you or refund your purchase.

My orange w/gold zipper custom Bravo belt bag arrived today and it’s perfect. The slightly pebbled leather is fresh and it will be easy maintenance of the fine leather. Of note, the zipper on the Bravo works flawlessly, like a hot knife slicing through butter. It makes it so easy to get into the bag. Also, the internal six card slots provides excellent organization. ‘Love that the Bravo can be customized, which I opted for so I could get the longest strap possible. This increases the functionality of the bag, converting it easily from the belt bag to various lengths in a crossbody and even shoulder bag. In general, the bag fits extremely well as a belt bag and I particularly like that there are no dangling straps-just one smooth, convertible strap. Finally, laudividni’s customer service is outstanding. (Shout out to Martha, with many thanks for your assistance in getting the Bravo to me expeditiously.)
