If you don't love your bag for any reason, we'll take it back. We accept returns within 7 days of receipt on bags that are unused and in their original condition.
Contact us to let us know the issue and receive a return-shipping label. If the problem is fixable, we'll do so and ship it right back to you at our expense. Otherwise we'll exchange it for you or refund your purchase.

We stumbled upon this shop and were delighted to see quality leather bags that you can customize. We browsed on day one but my husband surprised me for my birthday and we came back to pick a bag. I selected the Cambiare Bag with a zipper closure. The service was amazing! I was indicicive and they were nothing but patient as I expect lores all of the color options. The bag arrived a few weeks later and the excitement retired all over again. It came in a beautiful package with lovely tissue. The quality and craftsmanship was stunning. Each day I use the bag it brings me joy. I love that I can buy extra stamps to change up the look of the bag! I’ve used the bag daily since October and it still looks brand new. I will define back for another bag soon! So happy to see shops offering local, quality products at reasonable prices!
