Returns must be unused and in original condition.
Monogrammed and engraved items cannot be returned.
To make a return, contact us to let us know the issue and receive a return-shipping label. If the problem is fixable, we'll do so and ship it right back to you at our expense. Otherwise we'll exchange it for you or refund your purchase.

I adore this bag, the leather colors and texture, the overall look is striking but understated. I don't like the fact that when it's not full to the top, the curved zipper portion "falls" inward, spoiling the perfectly round shape

The rondo crossbody is adorable. It’s also just the right size. It’s not so small that you’re squeezing your belongings in it and it’s not so big that your belongings get lost. It’s light weight and comfortable. I bought it twice. I just don’t grow tired of it.

Absolutely love it! Soft leather, amazing craftsmanship and beautiful color choices. Although I do find that the crossbody strap in the standard length seems about and inch or two too short compared to my other crossbody bags.
