Laudi Vidni (in a nutshell)
Laudi Vidni was founded by two friends (and fellow Harvard Business School grads), Laura Kofoid and Grace Tsao-Wu. Passionate about fashion (though not snobbish), the pair was struck by women's unsatisfying relationships with their handbags. Mention a woman's bag to her, and she will likely say, "I love this bag, but..." Grace and Laura started Laudi Vidni to get the answer "I love this bag. Period."
So they became good listeners and launched Laudi Vidni in 2009. And they keep listening for what women want—in leather, in color, in style, in details—and Laudi Vidni keeps evolving.
But while the product offering changes, the commitment to quality never waivers. The company seeks out stunning and unique leathers, hand-brushed hardware, and cotton linings. They work closely with a Chicago-based manufacturer who delivers bags of impeccable construction. And once again, they listen to customers and work to continuously improve.
