Your Laudi Vidni bag will be crafted with the highest-attention-to-detail by our Chicago-based manufacturer and will ship to you in 3 weeks. Shipping is free in the continental US and $20 to Alaska and Hawaii. For shipping outside the US, please contact us. Rates vary by country.
If you don't love your bag for any reason, we'll take it back. We accept returns within 7 days of receipt on bags that are unused and in their original condition.
Contact us to let us know the issue and receive a return-shipping label. If the problem is fixable, we'll do so and ship it right back to you at our expense. Otherwise we'll exchange it for you or refund your purchase.

I love this bag! It is the perfect size for an everyday bag, but big enough to be a basic work bag. The craftmanship is wonderful and the quality of the leather and appointments is great. I know I'll love this bag for years to come.

Due to my preference for a longer drop than is in vogue these days, once I found a bag I used it until it was literally coming apart at the seams. Can’t believe I now have three bags that are perfect for me and I can rotate them at my whim!

I finally tracked down my beautiful bag yesterday. It had been incorrectly delivered to the apartment complex next door.
It’s gorgeous and the quality is superb. I’ve put a positive review on line and believe you offer a superb quality product for a fair price.
