Monogrammed and engraved items cannot be returned.
To make a return, contact us to let us know the issue and receive a return-shipping label. If the problem is fixable, we'll do so and ship it right back to you at our expense. Otherwise we'll exchange it for you or refund your purchase.

Being a fan of small purses, I was excited by the variety of leathers and lining fabric available to choose from. to create a customized crossbody. It was a good purchase and I recommend it to others. I gave it 4 stars because the zipper pocket would be so much more functional if it had a small gusset to make it easier to place coins, cards, or a key in.
I received my crossbody almost 2 years ago at a corporate event. What a fun experience to design my own! I can't even begin to say how much I love it. The quality is amazing. It still looks new - even after significant use. What I love most is how much this seemingly tiny bag can hold: phone, thin wallet, lipstick, sunscreen, pen, and lotion. My crossbody bag came in the mail in a beautiful looking package and box! I am loving the size, great for an evening out. I took it to the golf course as it held the right amount of things I needed that aren't normally in my golf bag!
