To make a return, contact us to let us know the issue and receive a return-shipping label. If the problem is fixable, we'll do so and ship it right back to you at our expense. Otherwise we'll exchange it for you or refund your purchase.

This is a good bag. I travel frequently and wanted a carry-on that would hold my 15" lap top and other things I need for the flight.
The pluses are: it is large and easily holds my 15" laptop (although the description says it only holds a 13"), the materials are sturdy and good quality, and it has a unique look. For me, the down sides are: the magnetic clasp for the outer pocket is weak. the pocket itself is very thin. You can put a pass port in there and a cell phone, but if I put a lipstick or keys, it pushed the flap continuously open. I'll need to try to replace this with a stronger clasp. the inside zip pocket is shallow. the inside open pockets are tight and shallow. they cannot hold a case for one's glasses. there is just one outside zipper, not two so one cannot just open a small opening in the center, one has to open it the full way. As you can see from the picture, I chose the fake crocodile. It does pucker a little.
Overall, since outside pockets seem to be out of fashion these days, this is still the best purse I could find that has an outside pocket that will allow one to quickly grab ones travel documents while going through security, and that can hold a 15" laptop.

I love my Diva bag. It is classy, well made, and unique. I'm not a fan of logos on handbags so Laudi Vidni styles are my go to. I have 5, so far!
