Your Laudi Vidni bag will be crafted with the highest-attention-to-detail by our Chicago-based manufacturer and will ship to you in 3 weeks. Shipping is free in the continental US and $20 to Alaska and Hawaii. For shipping outside the US, please contact us. Rates vary by country.
If you don't love your bag for any reason, we'll take it back. We accept returns within 7 days of receipt on bags that are unused and in their original condition.
Contact us to let us know the issue and receive a return-shipping label. If the problem is fixable, we'll do so and ship it right back to you at our expense. Otherwise we'll exchange it for you or refund your purchase.

I received my crossbody almost 2 years ago at a corporate event. What a fun experience to design my own! I can't even begin to say how much I love it. The quality is amazing. It still looks new - even after significant use. What I love most is how much this seemingly tiny bag can hold: phone, thin wallet, lipstick, sunscreen, pen, and lotion. My crossbody bag came in the mail in a beautiful looking package and box! I am loving the size, great for an evening out.
