Your Laudi Vidni bag will be crafted with the highest-attention-to-detail by our Chicago-based manufacturer and will ship to you in 3 weeks. Shipping is free in the continental US and $20 to Alaska and Hawaii. For shipping outside the US, please contact us. Rates vary by country.
If you don't love your bag for any reason, we'll take it back. We accept returns within 7 days of receipt on bags that are unused and in their original condition.
Contact us to let us know the issue and receive a return-shipping label. If the problem is fixable, we'll do so and ship it right back to you at our expense. Otherwise we'll exchange it for you or refund your purchase.

I would recommend that you either lengthen the strap for this style to truly be a crossbody or offer an adjustable strap. As it is, this bag sits right at my rib cage rather than near my hip, so from a practical standpoint, I'm unlikely to use this bag. The leather used to construct the bag is really beautiful.
