Your Laudi Vidni bag will be crafted with the highest-attention-to-detail by our Chicago-based manufacturer and will ship to you in 3 weeks. Shipping is free in the continental US and $20 to Alaska and Hawaii. For shipping outside the US, please contact us. Rates vary by country.
If you don't love your bag for any reason, we'll take it back. We accept returns within 7 days of receipt on bags that are unused and in their original condition.
Contact us to let us know the issue and receive a return-shipping label. If the problem is fixable, we'll do so and ship it right back to you at our expense. Otherwise we'll exchange it for you or refund your purchase.

I loved the experience of designing the toiletry bag. Having the swatches to see and feel in person and the computerized mock-up was so helpful and made it feel special. The communication from the Laudi Vidni team was excellent. They sent me a notification when the ordered was submitted and in progress and when the delivery was expected to come. The bag arrived in a nice white box wrapped in tissue. The overall presentation was great. The quality and beauty of the bag itself is definitely Five Stars!!!
