Your Laudi Vidni bag will be crafted with the highest-attention-to-detail by our Chicago-based manufacturer and will ship to you in 3 weeks. Shipping is free in the continental US and $20 to Alaska and Hawaii. For shipping outside the US, please contact us. Rates vary by country.
If you don't love your bag for any reason, we'll take it back. We accept returns within 7 days of receipt on bags that are unused and in their original condition.
Contact us to let us know the issue and receive a return-shipping label. If the problem is fixable, we'll do so and ship it right back to you at our expense. Otherwise we'll exchange it for you or refund your purchase.

I just picked it up on Wednesday and have not used it yet. It feels lighter weight than another one I have from here. Always happy with the people that work here and your customer service.
I love this bag. However, the first time I used it, the pull tab on the zipper came off. I was traveling, and unable to get my hands on a pliers until I came home. It was annoying, as the only way I could open or close the bag was to insert my fingers under and over the zipper. If not for that, I would have given 5 stars.
I just received my "special order" and it's divine! I can't wait to start using it ~ the softness is perfect and I'm hoping I love the size, too. Very sophisticated and polished. Thanks again.
