How long will it take to receive my custom-made bag?
After our expert designers review your order for quality and accuracy, your Laudi Vidni will be hand-crafted with the highest attention to detail and will ship within 3 weeks from your order date. We ship all orders via UPS or FedEx ground, so you should receive your order within 4 weeks, depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping within the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $20.
Does Laudi Vidni ship outside the US?
We do! You'll see your shipping rates at checkout. Recipient will be responsible for custom clearance, local taxes and duties.
How do i track my order?
When your Laudi Vidni ships, you will be notified of your tracking information via the email address included in your order.
Returns
What if i don't like my laudi vidni?
If you don't love your Laudi Vidni for any reason, we'll take it back. We accept returns within 7 days of receipt on styles that are unused and in their original condition. We do not accept returns on styles that have been monogrammed or engraved. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on gift cards.
How do i make a return?
Contact us to let us know the issue and receive a return-shipping label. If we can fix the problem, we'll do so and then ship it back to you at our expense. If we can't fix it, we'll exchange it or refund your purchase.
